As far as movies go this was an enjoyable flick, Michael Douglas still has that edge as Gordon Gekko which makes this film worth the entrance fee, assuming that you like this sort of film.

Imbd.com sum it up as follows:

As the global economy teeters on the brink of disaster, a young Wall Street trader partners with disgraced former Wall Street corporate raider Gordon Gekko on a two-tiered mission: To alert the financial community to the coming doom, and to find out who was responsible for the death of the young trader's mentor.

The group that I went with thought it was a good film but for me it didn't contain enough of the real financial information about just what is going on in the financial world right now. It came across to me as being overweight on the relationships and emotions of someone who has just come out of prison. Having waited a long time and looked forward to this sequel my expectations were maybe a 'tad' too high so I was left feeling slightly disappointed with it.

However, a movie that we thought was excellent was Inside Job which we mentioned on gold-prices back in July as it was part of the Auckland Film Festival. We now understand that has been released in the United States which is good news as we think it is a movie that should not be missed. You can check when it is showing in your area by going the Sony Classics web site by clicking here. It opens in LA and a few other cities on 15th October 2010.

Back to our latest venture which was the launch of an Options trading service which we are pleased to report that it is going very well, so its a big thanks to all those who have signed up for it and the supportive emails that you have sent us.
