Just a quick note to let you know that Endeavour Silver Corporation (EXK) is putting in a Sterling (excuse the pun) performance during this trading session and is up 11.43% as we write as silver gains $0.46, giving us a cheerful start to the week.

Endeavour recently issued a news release covering last years performance and outlining the plans for the coming year which looks to have been well received by the investment community.

Yesterday we stuck our necks on the block when we wrote that we did not expect to see the dollar to trade much higher than ‘80′ while it was sitting at ‘79.50′ and this morning we are pleased to see that it has lost a little of its steam and is trading around the ‘79.202′ level. The metals have responded well today and investors have pushed stock prices higher no doubt putting a lot of pressure on the shorters.
